Overview
Two levels of access control -- organization and workspace -- and what each role can do.
Access in Mandala is controlled at two levels: your organization role decides whether you can create workspaces and manage billing, and your workspace permission decides what you can do inside one specific workspace -- view, edit, or administer it.
The Short Version

Someone can be an Organization Member while holding Admin permission on one specific workspace and only Read on another -- the two levels are independent, and workspace permission is what actually gates what a person can do day to day.
